Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh soukromého sídla v kontextu veřejného prostoru v historické časti obce Jevany. Výjimečnost místa určilo tempo návrhu Vícegeneračního rodinného domu. Pozemek se nachází na severní straně náměstí a ze všech stran je zastavěn. Pozemek je napojen na veřejnou komunikaci ze západní strany, přes oblou zatáčku. Hlavní myšlenkou konceptu je umožnit spojení mezi generacemi, a zároveň poskytnout soukromý prostor pro každého člena rodiny. Dům je rozdělen do dvou křídel, propojení mezi křídly je přes halu. Vše sbíhá do velkorysého hlavního obytného prostoru, který je jednoduše propojen se zahradou, ale také nabízí pohádkový výhled do obce. Návrh domu je hravý a dynamicky. I přesto, že fasáda domu je jednoduše navržena, křivka střechy dává domu lehkost a pomáhá k citlivému usednutí mezi zdejší domy.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a private residence in the context of public space in the historical part of the village Jevany. The uniqueness of the location determined the pace of the design of the Multigenerational Family House. The site is located on the north side of the square and is built upon all sides. The land is connected to the public road from the west side, via a rounded bend. The main idea of the concept is to enable the connection between generations while providing a private space for each family member. The house is divided into two wings, the connection between the wings is through the hall. Everything converges into a generous main living space that is easily connected to the garden but also offers fabulous views of the village. The design of the house is playful and dynamic. Even though the façade of the house is simply designed, the curve of the roof gives the house lightness and helps it to sit sensitively among the local houses.
