Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh vícegeneračního rodinného domu v obci Jevany, rozkládající se cca 34 kilometrů jihovýchodně od centra hl. města Prahy. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit projekt v rozsahu architektonické studie. Součástí zadaní bylo také zpracování vybrané technické dokumentace na úrovni stavebního povolení. Pozemek navrhované stavby se nachází v historické části obce, poblíž malého náměstí. Potenciál vybrané lokality také zvyšuje místní Jevanský rybník a krásná okolní příroda. Návrh domu vychází z kontextu tradiční, vesnické okolní zástavby. Hmotově se dům snaží přiblížit vesnickému stavení. Dům je určen pro vícegenerační bydlení, rozdělen je na dva samostatné objekty.První objekt je určet pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s dětmi a druhý objekt je určen pro prarodiče nebo později pro starší dítě. Koncept celého domu se otevírá do zahrady a reaguje na maximální propojení obou objektu se zahradou.

The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis is to design a multi-generational family house in the village of Jevany, located about 34 kilometers southeast of the city center of the city of Prague. The goal of the thesis was to create an architectural study, with technical documentation of chosen parts. This documentation is supposed to be in degree for the building permit. The land of the proposed building is located in the historic part of the village, near a small square. The potential of the selected locality is also increased by the local pond of Jevany and the beautiful surrounding nature. The design of the house is based on the context of the traditional, rural surrounding building. Materially, the house tries to get closer to the village building. The house is designed for multi-generational living, it is divided into two separate buildings. The first building is designed for a family of four with children and the second building is designed for grandparents or later for an older child. The concept of the whole house opens into the garden and responds to the maximum connection of both buildings with the garden.
