Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v rozvojové oblasti Praha-Lipence, který by odpovídal dnešním standardům bydlení a respektoval by dynamický rozvoj zadané lokality, zejména celkovou změnu charakteru obce. Zadaná parcela se nachází na ještě nezastavěném volnem poli, které navazuje na stávající území s rodinnými domy. Pozemek je v relativním svahu, což vytváří několik zajímavých pohledů na město. Navržený objekt je umístěn ve východní část parcely, vstup je ze severu z obslužní komunikace. Na jižní a jihozápadní stranu je umístěna terasa a velká zahrada s vysokou zelení, která chrání intimitu pozemku a navazuje na charakter přírodního okolí. Dispoziční řešení rodinného domu umožňuje rozdělení na část soukromou a veřejnou. Projekt je šetrný k životnímu prostředí.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of the family house in actively developing part of Praha-Lipence. It should conform to today's standards of living with considering of dynamic growth of specified location, especially the overall change of it's character. The specified plot is located on a still undeveloped open field, which connects to the existing area with family houses. The land is on a relative slope, which creates several interesting views of the city. The proposed building is located in the eastern part of the plot, the entrance is from the service road on the north side. On the south and southwest side there is a terrace and a large garden with high greenery, which creates the intimacy of the land and follows up the nature of surroundings. The layout solution of the family house allows the division into private and public parts. The project is environmentally friendly.
