Abstract

Návrh budovy ve městě Telč je vytvořen jako příklad Kreativního klastru v nízké hustotě Městské oblasti. Telč je malé městečko s bohatým kulturním, historickým a přírodním bohatstvím. Tato územní oblast nemá vlástní výrobu, ale má specifické vlastnosti, jako jsou husté regionální sítě a místní infrastruktura což je vhodně pro bydlení. Klíčovou rolí budovy je poskytnout kreativní prostředí a prostor pro umělce, inženýry a další talentovaní lidé, aby založili město jako místo pro život a práci. Klíčem je flexibilní využití prostoru kreativní strategie projektu. Prostorové prvky spolu s historickým dědictvím by měly posílit místní sílu a přilákat bazén talentovaní lidé, inovační centra a podnikání.

The design of the building in town Telč is made as an example of Creative Cluster in Low Density Urban Areas. Telč is a small town with rich cultural, historical and natural assets. This territorial area has no manufacturing and production but has specific characteristics such as dense regional networks and local infrastructure good to live. The key role of the building is to provide a creative environment and space for artists, engineers and other talented people to set up the city as the place to live and work. The flexible use of space is a key in creative-based strategy of the project. The space features along with the historical heritage should reinforce a local strength and attract a pool of talented people, innovation centers and business.
