Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je tvorba architektonické studie a vybrané části projektu ve stupni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Projekt se nachází v areálu bývalých papíren ve Vraném nad Vltavou. Návrh tvoří dvě budovy s odlišnými provozy, které jsou navzájem spojené komunikačním můstkem. První z objektů SO1 je obytný dům s komerčně využitelným parterem - kavárnou a komerčními prostory. Druhý objekt SO2 je administrativní budova.

The content of the diploma thesis is the design of an architectural study and a specifically selected project-part in the stage of the documentation in order to receive a building permit. The project is located in former industrial area for paper production in Vrané nad Vltavou. The project consists of 2 buildings with different uses. One of them, SO1, is apartment building with commercially used lower floors, like cafe with commercial area. The second building of the complex is the office building.
