Riešenie časti administratívneho bloku s priĺahlým predstaničným priestorom zastávky vysokorýchlostnej trate Praha – Východ

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh bloku administratívnych budou s priľahlým okolím. Návrh navazuje na preddiplomový projekt urbanistickej štúdie navrhovanej zastávky vysokorýchlostnej trate Praha-Východ. Celková myšlienka vychádza z princípu zeleného mesta. Zeleň a poloha navrhovanej zastávky bola v urbanistickom návrhu určujúca a zároveň bolo cieľom využiť výhľadové možnosti danej lokality. Riešený objekt je súbor administratívnych budou, ktoré doplňujú dominantu zastávky vysokorýchlostnej trate a tvoria vstupnú bránu do novonavrhovanej oblasti. .

The topic of the thesis is related to the design of new district of Administrative buildings with their surrounding. The thesis follows up on Pre-thesis Urbanistic Study for new high speed railway station called Praha-Východ. The design approach is strongly related to the concept of the Green City. The determining components of the project were greenery and position of new railway station with putting importance to use the potential of the locality during creation of the views. The district of Administrative buildings creates entrance gate to the new urban area and in a way complete the development of new high speed railway station.
