Soubor bytových domů v bývalé papírně ve Vraném nad Vltavou

Abstract

Areál bývalých papíren ve Vraném je v bezútěšném stavu a volá po revitalizaci. Navrhované řešení celý areál zpřístupní veřejnosti a nabídne zajímavé veřejné prostory nejenom pro volnočasové aktivity obyvatel. Stěžejním bodem návrhu je vytvoření nové páteřní komunikace, která protne stávající areál a přinese do něj život. Navržené urbanistické řešení vychází z předdiplomího projektu. V areálu jsou navržené plochy pro sport, administrativu, obchod, kulturu a bydlení. V centru areálu, na náměstí u řeky, vyroste soubor 7 bytových domů, přičemž projekt zpracovává detailní řešení dvou z nich. Budova A má 5 nadzemních podlaží a její hmota uskakuje směrem k hladině Vltavy, maximálně využívá možnosti lukrativních výhledů na řeku. Bytový dům B, je založen na stejné bázi, nicméně kvůli jeho menší délce objem k Vltavě neustupuje. V bytových domech je navrženo široké spektrum bytů pro nejrůznější skupiny obyvatel. Hmotové i materiálové řešení návrhu bere v potaz kontext místa, ale reaguje na něj soudobou architekturou.

The Area of former paper mill in Vrane nad Vltavou is calling for a change. The current owner provides this area for storage usage, which leads to desolate conditions of the plot. Newly designed urban spaces and transport infrastructure offers many possibilities how to spend some leisure time here when decided to come. The design of the urban structure, functional divisions, demolition strategy, refurbishment strategy and volume of new structures has already been designed in my pre-master’s project. There are also designed areas for sports, offices, retail, culture and living. In the middle of the area, close to the river, there are 7 designed residential buildings, this project is being solution to the 2 of them. Building A has 5 floors, and the mass of the building is descaling in the river direction. This means there are way more options to enjoy beautiful views of the Vltava River. Building B is based on the same concept, the highest floor is not descaling though. It is because its smaller length. There are various types of flats size, so that anybody could be satisfied. The mass of the building as well as used materials and colors respect the history of this area. However, designed structures are devoted to the contemporary state of architecture.
