Smíchovské předmostí železničního mostu v Praze - administrativní komplex

Abstract

Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je návrh administratívneho komplexu v pražskej mestskej časti Praha - Smíchov. Zadaním bolo vytvoriť projekt v rozsahu architektonickej štúdie a vybraných častí na úrovni dokumentácie pre stavebné povolenie. Návrh bol venovaný inštitúciám zastúpenia Eúropskej komisie a Eúropskeho parlamentu v Českej republike, ktoré pre účely tejto diplomovej práce poskytli autorovi podklady v podobe technických špecifikácií vyžadovaných priestorov a ich rozmerov. Tento projekt nesie názov Prague Valley a spolu s reprezentatívnymi priestormi zastúpenia Európskej Únie v Českej republike je eúropskym centrom pre podporu inovatívnych startupov. Prague Valley je developerským projektom spájajúcim primárne administratívnu funkciu s ubytovacím zariadením a retailovými priestormi.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of an administrative complex in the Prague city district of Prague - Smíchov. The task was to create a project in the scope of an architectural study and selected parts at the level of documentation for a building permit. The proposal was dedicated to the institutions of the Representation of the European Commission and the European Parliament in the Czech Republic, which for the purposes of this thesis provided the author with documents in the form of technical specifications of the required premises and their dimensions. This project is named Prague Valley and together with the representative premises of the European Union Representation in the Czech Republic is a European center for the support of innovative startups. Prague Valley is a development project combining primarily an administrative function with accommodation facility and retail premises.
