Smíchovské předmostí železničního mostu v Praze - polyfunkční budova s komunitním centrem

Abstract

Zadaním tejto diplomovej práce je spracovanie návrhu polyfunkčnej budovy s komunitným centrom, ktorá má za cieľ uplatniť princípy sociálne zodpovedného bývania. Urbanistický plán a architektonická forma návrhu vychádzajú z preddiplomného projektu. Cieľom tohto diplomového projektu je implementovať princípy sociálne zodpovedného bývania do centra mesta a podporiť tak znovuobjavenie komunitného života v susedstve a prirodzených interakcií medzi obyvateľmi mesta, všetkých vekových a sociálnych skupín. Základnými princípmi návrhu sú modularita a flexibilita priestorov , ktoré považujem za jedny zo základných princípov udržateľnosti vo výstavbe ako aj využitie prefabrikácie základných dostupných materiálov. Vo svete podobné projekty existujú a sledujem trend v podobnom koncepte výstavby. Hlavnou myšlienkou objektu je pretkanie budovy a okolitého parteru sieťou verejných, poloverejných a súkromných priestorov , ktoré podnecujú interakciu medzi obyvateľmi mesta ako aj medzi obyvateľmi samotnej budovy.

The assignment of this master's thesis is the elaboration on the design of a multifunctional building with a community center, which aims to apply the principles of socially responsible housing. The urban plan and architectural form of the design are based on a previous undergraduate project. The aim of this diploma project is to implement the principles of socially responsible housing in the city center and thus support the reinvention of community life in the neighborhood and natural interactions between residents of all ages and social groups. The main principles of the design are modularity and flexibility of the floorplan, which I consider to be one of the basic principles of sustainability in construction as well as the use of prefabrication in the construction of large-scale buildings and the use of locally available materials. I noticed the trend of similar projects forming around the world. The main idea of the building is to interweave its floorplan and the surrounding ground floor with a network of public, semi-public, and private spaces, which stimulate interaction between the inhabitants of the city as well as between the inhabitants of the building itself.
