Obnova a rekonstrukce areálu Podbukovinského mlýna

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je obnova a rekonstrukce areálu Podbukovinského mlýna, který se nachází severozápadně od Mnichova Hradiště, v údolí mezi obemi Dolní Bukovina a Klášter Hradiště nad Jizerou. Na pozemku se nachází dvoupodlažní obytná stavba z konce 18. století s přilehlou třípodlažní mlýnicí a rozvalinami bývalých stodol. Celým údolím protéká říčka Zábrdka, která původně sloužila k pohonu mlýna. Pozemek se otevírá do romantické krajiny údolí tvořené loukami a remízky. Návrh má za úkol vdechnout duši stávajícím objektům, navrátit funkci kamenným rozvalinám a propojit je se současností. Rodinný penzion se skládá z několika budov. Je vybaven zázemím pro cyklisty a sálem pro pořádání společenských akcí. Historicky nejstarší objekt má staronový kabát v podobě napodobení historické barokní výzdoby fasády a výplně otvorů. Objekt mlýnice je vizuálně propojen s podobnými objekty průmyslové revoluce za použití moderních materiálů. Na sál jsou využity kameny ze zbytků zdí stodol, a tak zůstane odkaz o umu řemeslníků i do budoucna. Nová budova s dvoupodlažními apartmány má neobvykle řešené interiéry. V areálu se využívá obnovitelných zdrojů a materiálů. Návrh uzavírá smyčku minulosti, současnosti a budoucnosti.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the restoration and reconstruction of the Podbukovinský mill complex, which is located northwest of Mnichovo Hradiště, in the valley between the village of Dolní Bukovina and Kláštěr Hradiště nad Jizerou. On the plot is situated a two-storey residential building from the end of the 18th century with an adjacent three-storey mill and the ruins of former barns. The river Zábrdka flows through the entire valley and was originally used to drive the mill. The land opens into the romantic landscape of the valley formed by meadows and draws. The design aims to breathe soul into existing objects, restore function to the ruins and connect them with the present. The guest house consists of several buildings. It is equipped with facilities for cyclists and a hall for social events. The historically oldest building has an old-new coat in the form of an imitation of the historic Baroque decoration of the facade and windows. The mill is visually connected with similar buildings of the industrial revolution using modern materials. Stones from the remains of barn walls are used for the hall, so the legacy of the art of craftsmen will remain in the future. The new building with two-storey apartments has unusually designed interiors. Renewable resources and materials are used in the project. The design closes the loop of the past, present and future.
