Česká Lípa - polyfunkční dům

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu v České Lípě. Urbanismus nové městské čtvrti byl navržen v rámci předdiplomního projektu. Jedná se o koncept domů plujících v zeleni. Z toho také vychází návrh polyfunkčního domu. Objekt sestává ze dvou obytných věží, s lodžiemi s velkými květníky, bohatě osazenými květinami. Toto řešení přináší obyvatelům do centra města přírodu a pocit vlastní zahrady, i když jen na lodžii bytu. Vzhledem k průmyslové oblasti, která se nachází na sever od nové budovy, jsou obě obytné věže posazeny na vyvýšenou platformu garáží. V 1.NP se pak spolu s garážemi nachází komerční jednotky orientované směrem na jih k centru nové čtvrti a ve 2.NP pak restaurace a fitness centrum. Byty se nachází ve 3.NP a výše, kde již průmyslová zóna neruší obyvatele, kteří naopak mohou využít výhledu na přilehlé historické centrum České Lípy a nově vybudovanou zelenou čtvrt. Přístupy k budově jsou ze severu z ulice Mimoňská a z jihu po venkovním schodišti nebo výtahem přes terasu na 1.NP. Fasáda je pojednána jako vertikální zahrada. Nároží vyšší z budov vytváří dojem mohutného kmenu a deskové obložení vnitřních části lodžií v hnědé barvě pak evokuje větve, ze kterých rostou zelené listy.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional house in Česká Lípa. The urbanism of the new city district was designed as part of a undergraduate project. This is a concept of houses floating in the green. The design of a multifunctional house is also based on this. The building consists of two residential towers, with loggias with large flower beds, richly planted with flowers. This solution brings the inhabitants of the city center nature and the feeling of their own garden, even if only on the loggia of the apartment. Due to the industrial area, which is located north of the new building, both residential towers are perched on a raised garage platform. On the 1st floor, together with the garages, there are commercial units oriented south to the center of the new district, and on the 2nd floor there is a restaurant and a fitness center. The apartments are located on the 3rd floor and above, where the industrial zone no longer disturbs residents, who, on the contrary, can take advantage of the view of the adjacent historical center of Česká Lípa and the newly built green district. Accesses to the building are from the north from Mimoňská Street and from the south by an outdoor staircase or lift via the terrace on the 1st floor. The facade is treated as a vertical garden. The corner higher of the buildings creates the impression of a massive trunk, and the brown paneled paneling of the inner parts of the loggias then evokes branches from which green leaves grow.
