Polyfunkční dům

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh souboru polyfunkčních staveb ve městě Česká Lípa, Liberecký kraj. Předmětem je konceptuální řešení parkování, komerčních prostor a bytových prostor s řešením vnitroblokového parteru. Hmota vychází z navazující městské zástavby, aby do ni byla začleněna a negativně neovlivňovala okolí sousedních staveb. Diplomová práce také dále řeší technické řešení vybraného objektu.

The topic of the thesis is designing a set of multifunctional buildings in the town Česká Lípa, in Liberec region. The thesis aims to conceptually solve parking, commercial area and residential area with an internal parterre. The shaped is designed to be matching adjusted urban buildings with the idea to not negatively interfere with neighborhood buildings. As next the thesis solves a technical solution of the chosen object.
