Abstract

Polyfunkční dům s terasami je součástí pěti novostaveb tvořících nové centrum lokality Opatova. Architektonické řešení návrhu vychází z analýzy pozemku a jeho orientace ke světovým stranám Dům využívá své jedinečné polohy s neuvěřitelným výhledem do krajiny. Proto byla zvolena cesta ubíraní hmoty horního jihozápadního rohu objektu pro dosazení větších terasových ploch a poskytování perfektního výhledu pro větší počet bytů.

The polyfunctional house with terraces is part of five new buildings forming the new centre of Opatov. The urban concept is based on constructing an underground roundabout, as well as creating a space for a square through which a tram will be able to pass. This aims to revitalize the entire southern part of the city and create a dominant feature of the location. The architectural concept of the design is based on the analysis of the land and its orientation to the skylights. The house uses its unique location with an incredible view of the landscape. Therefore, the decision of removing the mass of the upper southwest corner of the building was taken, in order to install larger terrace areas and provide a perfect view for a higher number of apartments.
