Abstract

Smyslem celého projektu bylo navrhnout bytový dům v centru Prahy, který by přirozeně zapadal do stávající zástavby a pomalu se ztrácel v zeleni. Řešením byl návrh samostatných čtyř viladomů, které svou polohou a hmotou navazují na okolní zástavbu a zároveň přirozeně kopírují terén. Bytové domy jsou propojeny parkovištěm, které je schované pod úrovní terénu a minimalizuje počet viditelných automobilů. Rodiny s dětmi tak mohou trávit svůj čas v zeleni okolo domů či si užívat proslunění bytů s vůní okolních stromů.

The purpose of the whole project was to design an apartment building that would naturally fit into the existing development and slowly disappear into the greenery. The solution was the design of four separate villa houses, which, whith their location and mass, connect to the surrounding buildings and at the same time naturally copy the terrain. The apartment buildings are connected by a parking lot, which is hidden below ground level and minimizes the number of visible cars. Families with children can spend their time around the house, where there is beautiful greenery or they can enjoy the spacious, sunny apartments with the scent of the surrounding trees.
