Abstract

Hotel Nové Butovice je návrh výškovej budovy v Prahe, Stodůlkach. Budova ponúka niekoľko funkcií. V prvom rade je to štvorhviezdičkový hotel určený na prechodné bývanie s wellness, reštauráciou a skybarom. 5 obchodných jednotiek, wellness a hotelová administratíva sa nachádzajú vo vstupnom podlaží. 2.-7.NP sa skladá z dlhodobo aj krátkodobo prenajímateľných kancelárskych jednotiek. V 8-23.NP sú hotelové izby s nádhernými výhľadmi na Jihozápadní město. Sídlisko Nové Butovice je charakteristické vysokými panelovými domami rôzneho charakteru, preto som sa rozhodla navrhnúť dominantný novotvar. Kompozíciu tvorí hladká symetrická sklenená figúra tektonicky sa zužujúca nahor obalená oceľovou svetelnou sieťou. Časť figúry je odrezaná, vytvára tak terasy otočené k Slunečnímu náměstí.

Hotel Nové Butovice is the design of a high-rise building in Prague, Stodůlky. The building offers multiple attractions. Most importantly, it serves as a four star hotel intended for temporary accommodation with wellness, restaurant and a skybar. Five commercial units, the wellness section and hotel management offices are located in the ground level. Office units intended for long or short term rent cover the area of 2-7.NP. The levels of 8-23 are filled with hotel rooms with remarkable views of Jihozápadní město. Nové Butovice is known as a dense urban area with variously characterized apartment buildings, for this reason I have chosen to go for the unique approach. The hotel´s composition is created with a smooth symmetrical glass figure that thins towards the sky, it´s wrapped in a steel illumesh structure. Part of the figure is cut off, this produces terraces with a view facing Sluneční náměstí.
