Abstract

Medzi mestským centrom a perifériou je nárazníková zóna. Pás v ktorom ticho vzniká nezanedbateľná časť súčasnej stavebnej produkcie. Často však nepovšimnutej. Pás s obrovským potenciálom a rezervou. Podbělohorská ulica je obslužnou triedou takejto štvrte. Diplomová práca skúma možnosti bývania v lokalite bez zdanlivého kontextu. V náväznosti na pamäť a kulúru týchto štvrtí hľadá vhodné urbanistické, architektonické a typologické riešenie obytného domu.

Theme of diploma thesis is researching options of accomodation in locality without obvious context, searching for the right urbanist and architectural solutions and understanding memory and culture of these places.
