Úprava metodiky měření objemu a tvaru konizátu po operaci děložního hrdla

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zlepšením metodiky hodnocení objemu a rozměrů odebrané tkáně (konizátu) po chirurgickém odstranění prekancerózy (konizaci) děložního hrdla. Hlavním cílem je navrhnout a zavést novou přesnější metodu určování objemu, která je založena na měření vztlakové síly pomocí digitální váhy, určit přesnosti měření všech používaných metod a porovnat je. Dalším cílem je nalézt vhodné materiály pro značení anatomicky významných bodů a anatomických částí vzorku tkáně při měření sestavou pro výpočetní tomografii Phywe XR 4.0. Nové materiály by neměly způsobovat artefakty a zároveň by měly být dostatečně kontrastní vůči měřené tkáni. Byly provedeny laboratorní experimenty a pilotní měření v Ústavu pro péči o matku a dítě na konizátech u celkem 43 probandů. Na základě zjištěných výsledků bylo vybráno nové značení endocervikálního kanálu a pozice 12 h pomocí upravené skleněné kapiláry. Byla navržena a zavedena metoda měření objemu pomocí váhy, která je více než třicetkrát přesnější než referenční metoda měření objemu v odměrném válci, a dokonce přesnější než určení objemu pomocí výpočetní tomografie.

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the modification of the methodology of evaluation of the volume and dimensions of the collected tissue (conizate) after the surgical removal of cervical precancerosis (conization). The main aim is to design and implement a new method for determining the volume more precisely. It is based on the buoyancy measurement using a digital scale. And to determine the measurement accuracy of all methods used and compare them. Another objective is to find suitable materials for marking anatomically significant points and anatomical parts of the tissue sample when measured by the Phywe XR 4.0 computed tomography set. New materials should not cause artifacts and at the same time should be sufficiently contrasted with the tissue being measured. Laboratory experiments and pilot measurements were carried out at The Institute for the Care of Mother and Child on conizates in a total of 43 probands. Based on the results, a new labeling of the endocervical canal and a position of 12 h using a modified glass capillary was chosen. We have designed and implemented a method of measuring volume using a scale that is more than thirty times more accurate than the reference method of measuring volume in a graduated cylinder, and even more accurate than the determination of volume using computed tomography.
