Návrh a realizace anesteziologického záznamu na základě analýzy požadavků uživatelů

Abstract

Nehledě na délku operace je anesteziolog povinen vést záznam o anestezii. Tento záznam je dokumentem o průběžném stavu pacienta a podání léků během operace. Přestože v zahraničí jsou tyto záznamy pořizovány automaticky, pomocí anesteziologických informačních systémů (AIMS), u nás v České republice jsou stále dokumentovány ručně. Cílem této práce je navrhnout a realizovat aplikaci, která umožní automaticky zaznamenávat sledované parametry ve snaze usnadnění práce anesteziologa. Experiment byl proveden na monitoru vitálních funkcí firmy GE Datex-Ohmeda S/5, který byl připojen k počítači pomocí sériové linky a USB portu. Bylo vytvořeno uživatelské rozhraní na základě analýzy požadavků klinických pracovníků.

Regardless of the length of the operation, the anesthesiologist must keep a record of anesthesia. This record is a document about the patient's ongoing status and medication administration during surgery. Although these records are made abroad automatically using anesthesia information systems (AIMS), they are still manually documented in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to design and realize an application that will enable the recording of monitored parameters automatically in an effort to facilitate the work of anesthetist. The experiment was performed on the GE Datex-Ohmeda S/5 vital signs monitor that was connected to a computer via a serial line and USB port. A user interface was created based on the analysis of clinical staff requirements.
