Abstract

Tématem této práce je navrhnout bytovou stavbu v Jablonci nad Nisou, konkrétně bydlení pro seniory s pečovatelskou službou. Vzhledem k demografickým trendům posledních desetiletí dochází ve společnosti k výraznému nárustu podílu starší generace. Proto budou stavby tohoto typu stále žádanější. Práce se zabývá návrhem takovéto stavby pro město s přibližně 50-ti tisíci obyvateli. Snaží se řešit konkrétní zadání a pomocí znalostí a zkušeností v oboru vytvořit ideální návrh, který svým provedením splní jak požadavky na kapacitu, začlenění do okolí a estetickou stránku, tak na spokojený život budoucích uživatelů. Pro spokojený život seniorů je nutné nejen postavit ubytovací kapacitu, ale začlenit ji do fungujícího města. Nemělo by jít o jakoukoliv separaci starších občanů, ale je potřeba vytvořit místo pro setkávání generací, poskytující různorodé služby a možnosti trávení volného času. S tímto zadáním jsem k celému projektu přistupoval. V diplomové práci jsem vytvořil návrh objektu o 4-7 podlažích i s navazujícím okolím. Objekt byl navržen, aby co nejlépe využil potenciál místa a současně sám byl přínosem. Navržená stavba vhodně architektonicky doplňuje vzhled města. Je citlivě zakomponována do současné zástavby a respektuje přírodní prvky v dané lokalitě.

The topic of this dissertation is to design a residential building in Jablonec nad Nisou, specifically housing for seniors with care services. Due to the demographic trends of recent decades, there is a significant increase in the share of the older generation in society. For this reason, buildings of this type will be sought more in the future. The dissertation deals with the design of a building for a city with approximately 50,000 inhabitants. It tries to solve a specific task and with the help of knowledge and experience in the field to create an ideal design, which with its implementation will meet the requirements for capacity, integration into the environment and aesthetics, as well as for a happy life of future users. For a happy life of seniors, it is necessary not only to build accommodation capacity, but to integrate it into a functioning city. Senior citizens should not be separated, but there is a need to create a place where generations can meet and where is possible to provide a variety of services and leisure opportunities. I approached the entire project with this task. In my dissertation, I created a design of a building with 4-7 floors and the surrounding area. The building was designed to make the best use of the potential of the place and to be a benefit itself. The designed building architecturally complements the appearance of the city. It is sensitively incorporated into the current development and respects the natural elements in the locality.
