Návrh politiky udržitelného hospodaření s vodou ve městě Jihlava

Abstract

Diplomová práce „Návrh politiky udržitelného hospodaření s vodou ve městě Jihlava“ se zaměřuje na začleňování konceptu udržitelného hospodaření s vodou do strategických plánů města Jihlavy. Tato práce hodnotí aktuální stav vodního hospodářství v Jihlavě a navrhuje opatření, které by město posunula směrem k udržitelnému vodnímu hospodaření. Na začátku práce se zabývám vodou na obecné úrovni – zdroje, spotřeba a kvalita vody v Evropě a legislativa týkající se vody v EU. Poté přecházím k popisu konceptu udržitelného hospodaření s vodou a jeho definici. V druhé půlce práce se zabývám analýzou vodního hospodářství města Jihlavy a financí, které s tím souvisí. V závěru navrhuji určitá opatření, která by měla přispět k zavedení udržitelného hospodaření s vodou v Jihlavě.

The diploma thesis "Proposal of Sustainable Water Management in the City Of Jihlava" focuses on the integration of the concept of sustainable water management into the strategic plans of the city of Jihlava. This thesis evaluates the current state of water management in Jihlava and proposes measures that would move the city towards sustainable water management. At the beginning of this thesis I deal with water at a general level - resources, water consumption and quality in Europe and water legislation in the EU. Then I move on to the description of the concept of sustainable water management and its definition. In the second half of this thesis I deal with the analysis of water management of the city of Jihlava and the finances associated with it. In conclusion, I propose certain measures that should contribute to the introduction of sustainable water management in Jihlava.
