Kulturní centrum a bydlení, Praha - Libuš

Abstract

Stavba sa nachádza v novo navrhnutej lokalite Libuši, v Prahe. Toto územie bude dobre prístupné vďaka plánovanému metru D a novej električkovej dráhy. Objekt je navrhnutý ako viacúčelové kultúrne centrum rozprestierajúce sa na prvých dvoch podlažiach a bytový dom pokračujúci v 3-5np. V objekte sa nachádza multifunkčná spoločenská sála, ktorá môže zastrešovať spoločenské akcie rôzneho druhu. Taktiež je tam knižnica, klubovne pre komunitný život, workshopy, dielne a pod. Vstupné foyer je prepojené s kaviarňou. Bytový dom je navrhnutý pre rodiny s deťmi a umelcov. Cieľom objektu je podnecovať väčšiu vášeň pre kultúru a umenie či už u malých detí, ktoré by v tomto prostredí kultúrneho centra vyrastali alebo umelcov, ktorí by mali neustály zdroj inšpirácie. Zároveň je mojim cieľom podporiť skutočné stretávanie sa ľudí a rozvinúť tak spoločenský život komunít v danom okolí.

The building is located in the newly designed locality of Libuše, in Prague. This area will be easily accessible thanks to the planned metro D and the new tramway. The building is designed as a multi-purpose cultural centre spread over the first two floors and an apartment building continuing at 3-5np. There is a multifunctional social hall in the building, which can cover social events of various kinds. There is also a library, community clubs for workshops and an entrance foyer with café. The apartment house is designed for families with children and artists. The aim of the building is to stimulate a greater passion for culture and art, whether for small children who would grow up in this environment of the cultural centre or artists who would have a constant source of inspiration. At the same time, my goal is to support a real meeting of people and thus develop the social life of the communities in the area.
