Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro šestičlennou rodinu - zahradník podnikatel, kurátorka výstav a čtyři děti. Pozemek je umístěn v rozvojovém pásmu přilehlém ke stávající zástavbě rodinných domů čtvrti Na Hutích v pražských Kyjích, na rozsahem menších pozemcích kolem ulice Pivoňská a Jordánská. Návrh sestává ze základní hmoty, do které jsou vsazeny dvě dvoupodlažní hmoty se sedlovou střechou. Požadavkem investora byl velký skleník pro pěstování vzácných květin, který tvoří právě jednu z hmot samotného domu a je tedy jeho součástí. Jelikož je pozemek umístěn střetu na dvou ulic, z východní a západní strany se nachází sousední objekty a ze strany jižní je veřejný prostor, bylo potřeba zajistit rodině místo, ve kterém by měli dostatek soukromí. Proto byl navržen dům s atriem, chránící soukromí rodinného života.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house for a family of six - Professional gardener, art curator and four children. The land is located in the development area adjacent to the existing residential area in the Prague's Kyje district Na Hutích, on a range of smaller plots around streets Pivoňská and Jordánská. The design consists of a base unit into which are inserted two two-storey units with a gabled roof. The investor's request was a large greenhouse for growing rare flowers, which forms one of the unit of the house itself and is therefore part of it. Since the land is located at the intersection of two streets, there are neighboring buildings on the east and west sides and there is a public space on the south side. It was necessary to provide the family with a place where they would have enough privacy. Therefore, a house with an atrium was designed, protecting the privacy of the family´s life.
