Rodinný dům

Abstract

Náplní bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Parcela domu se nachází na severním svahu v Praze 6 v ulici V Šáreckém údolí. Návrh klade důraz na funkčnost návrhu a individuální přístup k požadavkům zadání a dané lokalitě. Dále je v návrhu dbáno na nízkou energetickou náročnost budovy. Návrh je založen na centrální komunikaci budovy. Tato komunikace svou osou směřuje na protější zalesněný svah, pod kterým protéká Šárecký potok. Na komunikaci, která současně sleduje svah parcely, se napojují jednotlivé místnosti. Tímto byly vytvořeny tři hmoty vlastního domu. Návrh svou kompozicí využívá co největšího výhledu do přírody. Součástí domu je i hostinský pokoj s koupelnou, který má bezbariérový přístup a umožňuje tím vícegenerační bydlení.

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a detached family house for four-member family. The site which this thesis deals with is located on northern incline in Prague 6 on the V Šáreckém údolí street. Emphasis is put on functionality of the design and individual approach to the requirements of the assignment. The design is also mindful of reduction of household’s energy consumption. The design is based on central communication which is directed to the slope of the opposing wooded hill with the Šárecký potok stream running under it. The central communication follows the descent of the location. Individual rooms are attached to this hall. Thus, three masses of the main house were created. The design aims to fully utilize the beautiful outlook over the nature of the location. The house lay-out includes a guest room with a bathroom. The guest room has barrier-free accessibility, therefore the design can serve for multigenerational living.
