Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh dvougeneračního rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a prarodiče či odrostlé děti. Objekt je situován v obci Lenešice nedaleko Loun, v bezprostřední blízkosti bývalého cukrovaru. Dle nové urbanistické studie se má cukrovar se širokou možností volnočasového vyžití stát centrem nové obytné čtvrti. Návrh domu koresponduje s okolním prostředím, charakterem okolní zástavby, umístěním stavební parcely i novým regulačním plánem. Obsahem této práce je nejen zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu, ale i technické zpracování projektu na úrovni jednostupňové dokumentace, schématické řešení technického zařízení budovy a zpracování energetického štítku objektu.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a two-generation family house for a family of four members and grandparents or grown children. The building is situated in the village of Lenešice near Louny, in the immediate vicinity of the former sugar factory. According to a new urban study, a sugar factory with a wide range of leisure activities is to become the center of a new residential area. The design of the house corresponds to the surrounding environment, the nature of the surrounding buildings, the location of the building plot and the new regulatory plan. The content of this work is not only the elaboration of an architectural study of a family house, but also the technical elaboration of the project at the level of one-stage documentation, schematic solution of the technical equipment of the building and elaboration of the energy label of the building.
