Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu na pražském Barrandově. Hlavní atraktivitou a potenciálem pozemku je oslnivý výhled na panorama Prahy a na Prokopské údolí. Zajímavostí je také jeho historie a svažitý terén. Mezi nepříznivé podmínky patří orientace ke světovým stranám a hluk z přiléhající komunikace. Návrh reaguje na všechny ovlivňující faktory a respektuje umístění původní vily. Cílem je reprezentativní rodinný dům, elegantně navazující na okolní zástavbu, který naplno využívá kladů území a zároveň dokáže potlačit negativní vlivy.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a family house for a four-membered family in Barrandov in the city of Prague. The main attractiveness and potential of the plot is a dazzling view of the panorama of Prague and the Prokop Valley. Its history and sloping terrain are also interesting. The adverse conditions of the plot includes the cardinal directions and the noise from the adjacent infrastructure. The design responds to all influencing factors and respects the location of the original villa. The goal is a representative family house, elegantly connected to the surrounding buildings, which makes full use of the advantages of the area and at the same time can suppress negative influences.
