Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout v ještě nezastavěné lokalitě obce Lenešice, dvougenerační dům, který by odpovídal dnešním standardům bydleni v rodinné zástavbě, neboť tradiční architektonické objekty této lokality, jež podlehly místní lidové tvořivosti, dnes už neodpovídají kritériím a potřebám moderního života. Lokalita se nachází v okolí bývalého cukrovaru, který se stává srdcem obce Lenešice a utváří nový společenský život. Portfolio obsahuje úvodní seznámení s návrhem a principem domu, následují vizualizace a vybrané části dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Součástí dokumentace pro stavební povolení je i energetický koncept budovy.

The subject of the bachelor‘s thesis was to design a two-generation house in a still undeveloped locality of the village of Lenešice, which would meet today‘s standards of living in a family-house area. The reason is that traditional architectural objects of this locality, which were subject to local folk creativity, now no longer meet the criteria and needs of modern life. The area is located in the proximity of a former sugar factory, which is becoming the the heart of the village of Lenešice and forms a new social life.The portfolio contains an opening introduction to the design and principle of the house, followed by visualizations and selected parts of the documentation for the building permit. The energy concept of the building is also included in the documentation.
