Abstract

ANOTACE Předmětem zadáni bylo navrhnout architektonický a stavebně technický koncepční návrh vícegeneračních rodinných domů v území bývalého Cukrovaru Lenešice /okres Louny, který by mohl zajistit pohodlne rodinne bydleni vyššiho standardu a zaroveň maxmalně využit hodnoty daneho uzemi. Na dané lokalite je ateliérem MS architekti zpracována architektonická studie a návrh Regulačního plánu. Podklady jsou poskytnuty v digitální formě a jsou součástí zadání práce. Charakter novestavby má vzhled ke historii danneho území, propojení moderní architektury a tradice bydlení individuální vesnické.

ABSTRACT This assignment aimed to propose an architectural and structural-technical conceptual project of a multigenerational family house on the territory of former Sugar factory in Lenešice/ district Louny, which could ensure comfortable and high-standard family housing and at the same time take advantage of this territory. An architectural study and Regulatory Plan have been prepared by the MS architects’ studio at the given locality. The supporting documents are provided in digital form and are the part of the assignment. The nature of the new building has an appearance on the history of the area, the connection between modern architecture and the tradition of individual village living.
