Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu. Investorem je pětičlenná rodina, manželský pár se synem na gymnáziu a dcerami na ZŠ. Součástí bylo také vyhotovení částí z dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Pozemek určený pro výstavbu rodinného domu se nachází ve vilové čtvrti Hanspaulka v Dejvicích. Jedná se o poslední nezastavěnou lokalitu rozprostírající se mezi ulicemi Na Špitálce a Neherovská. Lokalita je známá pro své klidné prostředí, panoramatické výhledy na Prahu včetně Hradu a na množství zachovalých funkcionalistický vil z 20. let minulého století. Koncept domu citlivě reaguje na okolní zástavbu a odkazuje na historii lokality. Dvoupodlažní dům je umístěn na severní straně parcely. Zahrady a prostory teras se otevírají směrem na jihozápad k výhledu na pražské panorama. Součástí domu je na přání investora venkovní bazén, posilovna a sochařský ateliér.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the processing of an architectural study of a family house. Investors are married couple with three young children. Part of the assignment was also the preparation of selected parts from the building permit documentation. The land meant for the construction of the family house is located in residential area of Hanspaulka in Dejvice. The area is one of the last parts without buildings, located between streets Na Špitálce a Neherovská. The location is famous for its quiet environment, view of the panorama of Prague including Prague Castle and well preserved functionalistic villas built in the 1920s. The concept follows its surroundings and refers to history of the area. Two-storey building is located on the north side of the site. Garden areas and terraces are oriented to southwest in the direction of the panorama of Prague. Included in the concept there is also as investors wish swimming pool, gym and sculpture studio.
