Abstract

Bakalářské práce představuje návrh rodinného domu s částí objektu k pronájmu v Praze 4 – Braník. Řešený pozemek se nachází na nárožní parcele a svým svažitým terénem dosahuje až 13m převýšení směrem od komunikace. Díky umístění a svažitosti poskytuje výhled na řeku Vltavu a město v jejím okolí. Cílem bylo nabídnout nadčasový objekt vyšších standardů umožňující naprosté funkční oddělení samotné části rodinného domu a bytové jednotky/kanceláře, ale zároveň návrhem nelimitovat využití parcely, a nenarušit tak komfort jejích obyvatel. Důraz byl kladen na otevření objektu do soukromé části pozemku při zachování výhledů na okolí, ale také na orientaci ke světovým stranám. Hmota reaguje na svažitou povahu pozemku, a dává tak vzniknout třem výškovým úrovním se třemi různými stupni intimity jak v interiéru, tak v exteriéru. Celkový návrh byl uvažován s ohledem na vhodné konstrukční řešení a energetický koncept budovy.

The bachelor’s thesis presents a design of a family house with a part of the building for rent in Prague 4 – Braník. The plot is located on a corner parcel and its sloping terrain reaches an elevation of up to 13 metres. Thanks to its location and slope, it provides a view of the Vltava River and the surroundings. The aim was to offer a timeless building of higher standards enabling complete functional separation of the part of the family house and the apartment unit/office, but not to limit the use of the plot and thus disrupt the comfort of its residents. Emphasis was placed on opening the building to a private part of the plot while maintaining a view of the surroundings and orientation to the cardinal directions. The architectural structure responds to the sloping nature of the plot and presents three height levels with three different degrees of intimacy, both indoors and outdoors. The study was considered with regard to the construction and energetic concept of the building.
