Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je architektonický a stavebně technický návrh rodinného domu, občerstvení, zázemí pro převozníka a dětského hřiště. Pozemek se nachází severně od Prahy podél toku řeky Vltavy v obci Máslovice. Cílem návrhu bylo vytvoření kvalitního a nadstandartního bydlení pro klienta a jeho rodinu. Pro zachování velké míry soukromí rodinného domu bylo zvoleno řešení, v němž jsou občerstvení a zázemí pro převozníka vzájemně odděleny od domu. Pozemek je velké výměry, tudíž má rodinný dům dostatek soukromé zahrady. Lokalita je turisticky velmi atraktivní. V blízkosti jsou cyklistické a výletní trasy. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na propojení s přírodou a řekou. Umístění domu je tedy situováno blízko k řece a převažujícím materiálem je dřevo. Nedílnou součástí návrhu je také energetický koncept budovy, ve kterém jsou prezentována opatření proti letnímu přehřívání a návrh systému nuceného větrání-rekuperace tepla.

The main topic of this Bachelor´s thesis is the architectural and construction technical design of family house, refreshment, facilities for a ferryman and a playground. Plot is located north of Prague along Vltava river in the village Máslovice. The aim of design was to create quality and above-standard housing for client and his family. To maintain a large degree of privacy of the family house was chosen solution in which refreshments and facilities for the ferryman are separated from the house. The land is large, so the family house has plenty of private gardens. The location is very attractive for tourists. There are cycling and excursion routes nearby. The design emphasized the connection with nature and ricer. The location of the house is therefore close to the river and the predominant material is wood. An inetgral part of the design is also the energy concept of the building, in which measures against summer overheating and the design of a forced ventilation-heat recovery systém are presented.
