Hradec Králové - Letištní terminál

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní architektonickou studií letištního terminálu v rozvojovém území v Hradci Králové. Práce úzce navazuje na předdiplomový projekt urbanistické koncepce rozvojového území, ve kterém se v současnosti nachází zejména nevyužívaná zástavba ve špatném technickém stavu. Urbanistická studie počítá se změnou územního plánu a vytvořením nové průmyslovo-městské oblasti pro obyvatele s pracovním, kulturním, dopravním i volnočasovým zázemím. Těžiště území je nově vytvořená bulvární třída s průhledem na město Hradec Králové a věž letového provozu. Severně od bulváru se nachází letištní terminál. Samotný objekt je architektonickou koncepcí na základě archetypu průmyslové haly, která je tvořena obdélnou hmotou předělenou skleněnou hlavní vstupní halou. Hlavním prostorem objektu je odbavovací hala, která je díky ocelové příhradové konstrukci povýšena a tvoří tak dominantní prostor pro cestující. Ostatní prostory jsou zajímavé díky prolamovaným stropům, které doplňují koncept prolamované prosklené fasády. Objekt je také rozdělen na prostory Schengen a mimo Schengen. V suterénu jsou situovány veškeré technické provozy. Letištní terminál navazuje na předletištní prostor, který je tvořen nástupními prostory s parkovištěm a parkem. Terminál svojí velikostí a architekturou tvoří společně s věží letového provozu dominantní a reprezentativní charakter celé oblasti letiště. Svojí funkční náplní a moderním technickým vybavením umožňuje pohodlné a snadné cestování pro cestující z celého světa.

The diploma thesis deals with a comprehensive architectural study of the airport terminal in the development area in Hradec Králové. The work is closely related to the undergraduate project of the urban concept of the development area, in which there is currently mainly unused buildings in poor technical condition. The urban study envisages a change in the zoning plan and the creation of a new industrial-urban area for residents with work, cultural, transport and leisure facilities. The focus of the area is the newly created boulevard street with a view of the city of Hradec Králové and the air traffic tower. North of the boulevard is the airport terminal. The building itself is an architectural concept based on the archetype of the industrial hall, which consists of a rectangular mass remodeled by a glass main entrance hall. The main space of the building is the main check-in hall, which is elevated thanks to the steel lattice structure and thus forms the dominant space for passengers. Other spaces are interesting thanks to the openwork ceilings, which complement the concept of the openwork glass facade. The building is also divided into Schengen and non-Schengen areas. In the basement are located all technical operations. The airport terminal is connected to the pre-airport area, which consists of boarding areas with a parking space and a park. Due to its size and architecture, the terminal, together with the air traffic tower, forms the dominant and representative character of the entire airport area. With its functional content and modern technical equipment, it enables comfortable and easy travel for passengers from all over the world.
