Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby komfortního rodinného domu v městské části Praha – Nebušice. Rozsah projektu zahrnuje architektonickou studii a vybranou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení. Zadaný pozemek o výměře 674 m2 se nachází ve střední části Nebušic, kousek od základní školy, na rohu ulic Kádnerova a K Vinicím. Umístění návrhu vychází z omezení stavební čárou, odstupů od sousedních budov a orientace pozemku ke světovým stranám. Návrh vnáší do lokality současnou architekturu, zároveň ale respektuje měřítko okolní zástavby. Do hmoty domu se prořezávají prostory teras, krytý vstup, krytý přístup k samostatné garáži a také menší atrium, které prosvětluje interiér, aniž by bylo omezeno soukromí uživatelů. Společně s garáží dům vytváří příjemný prostor jižní zahrady, krytý před zraky sousedů. Ve 2. NP se nachází pracovna/soukromá kancelář, do které je umožněn přístup klientů po venkovním schodišti. V budoucnu je možné tuto část domu oddělit a dispozičně upravit, aby bylo možné soužití vícero generací, případně byl umožněn pronájem zbylé části domu např. studentům. Použité materiály a technické vybavení domu jsou navrženy s respektem k přírodě a pohodě svých uživatelů.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design a new comfortable family house in the city district Prague – Nebušice. The scope of the project includes an architectural study and selected documentation for a building permit. The assigned land with an area of 674 m2 is located in the central part of Nebušice, a short walk from primary school, on the corner of Kádnerova and K Vinicím streets. The location of the design is based on the constraints of the construction line, the distances from neighbouring buildings and the orientation of the land to the cardinal directions. The design brings contemporary architecture to this locality but it also respects the scale of the surrounding buildings. Terraces, a covered entrance, a covered access to a separate garage and a smaller atrium, which illuminates the interior without restricting the privacy of users, are cut into the mass of the house. Together with the garage, the house creates a pleasant space of the southern garden, covered from the eyes of neighbours. On the 2nd floor there is a study / private office, which is accessible to clients via an outdoor staircase. In the future, it is possible to separate this part of the house and adjust the layout so that it can coexist for several generations, or to allow the rest of the house to be rented, for example, to students. The materials used and the technical equipment of the house are designed with respect for nature and the well-being of its users.
