Abstract

Anotace Zadáním této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout nízkoenergetický dvougenerační rodinný dům na Hanspaulce. Tvar domu se skládá ze dvou hmot pravidelného tvaru. Uprostřed hmoty jsou propojené spojovacím prvkem, co umožňuje zvýraznit vstupní část objektu. Pravidelný obdélníkový tvar budovy reaguje na hmotu okolní zástavby Dům umožňuje šestičlenné rodině bydlet pod jednou střechou a zachovat své soukromí. Součástí této bakalářské práce je architektonická studie, a vybrané části dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení.

Annotation The task of this bachelor's thesis was to design a low-energy two-generation family house in Hanspaulka. The shape of the house consists of two masses/ substances of regular shape. In the middle of the mass, they are connected by a joining element, which allows you to highlight the entrance part from the whole object. The regular rectangular shape of the building responds to the mass of the surrounding buildings. The house allows a family of six to live under one roof and maintain their privacy. Part of this bachelor's thesis is an architectural study, and selected parts of the documentation for a building permit
