Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh Domova dětí a mládeže (DDM) a Dětského domova (DD) se sportovně rekreačním zázemím. Myšlenkou celistvého konceptu je rozšířit využití a zútulnění oblasti u Prokopského parku. Navrhla jsem zde centrum pro dětské kroužky a dílny v rámci DDM a to nejen pro děti z okolí, ale i pro děti, které to potřebují nejvíce, jež jsou většinou odtrženy od rodiny a společnosti. Jsou to děti z Dětského domova. A právě kvůli těmto dětem jsem zde navrhla hlavní budovu ve středu navržené zástavby, kde se budou odvíjet činnosti DDM (keramická modelářská, šicí, malířská dílna, zoo klub, PC učebna, V 2.NP místnost pro prezentace ) a ve vrchním podlaží je zajištěno ubytování a sociální zázemí Dětského Domova. Z hlediska dispozičního řešení je Dětský domov sice oddělen, ale přitom tyto děti mohou být součástí navrženého konceptu (soukromé vstupy do tělocvičny a možnost navštěvování kroužků vstupem u jídelny v 1.NP). Práce zobrazuje i urbanistický návrh okolních budov, které jsou zasazeny do terénu tak, aby se zde vyskytovalo co nejvíce zeleně a sceloval se tak pohled s okolím. Tyto okolní budovy jsou navrženy tak, aby obkreslovaly kruh okolo stavby DDM a DD. Zde se děti mohou dále vyvíjet. První z těchto staveb je restaurace/jídelna s možností kuchařské a číšnické výuky pro starší jedince, další stavba je knihovna a psychologická klinika jak pro děti, tak pro dospělé. Třetí stavba je malé zahradnické centrum s včelařstvím, kde by byla možnost výuky nebo dalších workshopů. Poslední stavbou z tohoto okruhu je sportovní zázemí s malou posilovnou, squashem, půjčovnou kol a bruslí na jízdu po nově vytvořených elipsovitých okruzích okolo rybníka, kde se nachází kavárna s občerstvením a okolo navržených budov. Lze tudy dojet k Centrálnímu parku a Prokopskému údolí. V meziprostoru budov se nachází 6 hřišť na beach volejbal a dvě multifunkční hřiště na fotbal, basketbal a jiné sporty. Stavby jsou ,,spojeny´´ kovovou síťovou membránou (Xtend) porostlou popínavými rostlinami z důvodu vizuálního spojení budov a zvýraznění přírodní stránky projektu. Navrhovaná novostavba Domu dětí a mládeže, Dětského domova s rozšířeným sportovně rekreačním zázemím je obytná a rekreační. Předpokladem je, že v Dětském domově bude umístěno 75 dětí, 4 sociální pracovníci, 1 ošetřovatelka a 2 vyučující. DDM je dimenzováno pro 180 dětí a 7 vyučujících při plném počtu učeben. Sportovní část stavby, dále uvádím jen jako ,,tělocvična´´, má navržené rozměry 27x13 m. Tato tělocvična je koncipována jako víceúčelová nejen pro děti z Dětského domova, které mají vlastní šatny, rozdělené pro dívky a chlapce, ale také pro děti z DDM a z okolí s oddělenou šatnou s možností oddělených vstupů do budovy pro příchozí.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the project of the Childern and Youth Centre and of the Orphanage with sports and recreational facilities. The idea of the compact concept is to expand the usage and the coziness of the area near to the Prokopský park. I designed there the cummunity for the children, where will be childern´s clubs, workshops for Childern and Youth Centre, but also for childern form Orphanage who are mostly separed from their families and the society, are socially disadvantaged and need even more involvement to these activities. Due to this, I projected the main building in the middle of the built-up area. On the first floor there will be activities of the Childern and Youth Centre (for example ceramic, making models, sewing and painting workshops, zoo club, PC classroom). On the second floor there is room for presentations of the Childern and Youth Centre and mainly there is accommodation and sanitary facilities of the Orphanage. In terms of layout the Orphanage is separated, but the childern from the Orphanage can be a part of all activities of this building. They have the private entrances to the gym and the possibility of attending the clubs by entering activites by entrance near by the dining room on the first floor. Furthermore, there is an urban planning of the surrounding buildings, which are set in the terrain, so that there will be as much greenery as possible and thus the view of the surrounding will be more compact. These buildings are designed to draw the circle around the Childern and Youth Centre and the Orphanage building. In these buildings the childern will have the possibilities to be more active. The first building is a restaurant/dining room where they can learn cooking or train to be a waiter for older childern. Another building is a library and psychological clinic for both childern and adults. The third building is a small garden centre with the beekeeping, where is also the possibility of the workshops. The last building form this circuit is the sport facility with a small gym, squash, bike rental and inline rental. They can ride a newly created elliptical circuit around the buildings and a pond and move on to the Central park and Prokopské údolí. The buildings are „conncted“ by a metal mesh membrane (Xtend) overgrown with the climbing plants, due to the visual connection of the buildings and due to point out the nature. In the surrounding of the buildings there are six playgrounds for beach volleyball and two multifunctional playgrounds for football, basketball and other sports. By the pond there is a café with the possibility of snack for the sportsman. The projected building is the building with the residential and recreational function. The assumption is that in the Orphanage will be 75 childern, 4 social workers and nurses and 2 teachers accommodated. The Childern and Youth Centre is designed for 180 childern and 7 teachers, with the full number of the classrooms. The sports part of the building (the gym) has the projected dimensions of 27x13 m. This gym is designed as a multi-purpose area for both, the childern form the Childern and Youth Centre and the childern from the Orphanage. The childern from the Orpahanage will have their own changing rooms (separately for girsl and boys). There are also separated changing rooms for visitors form Childern and Youth Center and the public.
