HOTEL **** Praha 13 - Sluneční náměstí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu na Slunečním náměstí v Praze 13. Práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt - revitalizace vybraných částí prahy 13 v okolí Centrálního parku - který byl zpracován jako urbanistická studie. Práce je zpracována v rozsahu architektonické studie a části dokumentace pro stavební řízení. Objekt hotelu je umístěn na západním okraji náměstí, což umožňuje propojení objektu s parkem, dostatečné oslunění prostor náměstí, a zároveň ponechává tyto prostory bez automobilové dopravy. Hotel tvoří výškovou dominantu území. Skládá se z jednoduchého tvaru těla budovy a organického slunečního štítu. Právě tento prvek z ETFE folie na ocelové konstrukci spojuje architektonické nároky na design a udržitelný koncept. Štít je výrazným prvkem fasády a zároveň prostředkem pro zisk solární energie a hlavním stínícím prvkem. Hotel nabízí standardní služby jako restaurace, sky bar, wellness a komerční prostory s doplňkovým prodejem.

The diploma thesis is dedicated to four-star hotel design. The hotel is located in Prague 13 on the Sluneční square. The thesis follows a pre-diploma project, which was processed as an urbanism study of this location near the Central park. An extent of the thesis includes architectural study and part of the documentation required for issuing a construction licence. The hotel object is located on the western edge of the square, which allows the connection of the building with the park, sufficient sunlighting of the square space, and at the same time leaves these spaces without car traffic. The hotel creates a vertical dominant of this place. The object consists of a simple body of the building and the organic structure of the sun shield. This element from ETFE foil with a steel structure combines architectural design requirements and a sustainable concept. The shield is a significant element of the facade, and at the same time a solution that provide solar energy and also it is primary shading element. The hotel offers standard services such as restaurants, sky bar, wellness and commercial spaces.
