Kulturní centrum - Revitalizace areálu Horních kasáren v Klecanech

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je návrh novostavby kulturního centra v Klecanech. Jedná se o stavbu, která je součástí nově vzniklého urbanistického celku v rámci revitalizace areálu Horních kasáren. Cílem stavby je především poskytnout obyvatelům Klecan a okolí zázemí pro kulturní a společenské akce. Stavba klade důraz na možnost propojení kreativního průmyslu, jenž se koncentruje v blízkém okolí stavby, a veřejnosti skrze výstavní prostory, dílny pro veřejné workshopy, kinosál a konferenční místnosti a prostory. Architektura stavby se snaží podtrhnout její funkci a význam a zároveň nenuceně zapadat do okolní zástavby. Stavba na obdélníkovém půdorysu je umístěna u hlavního veřejného prostoru nově vzniklého území. Skládá se ze tří nadzemních a jednoho podzemního podlaží.

The theme of this thesis is the design of the new building of the cultural center in Klecany. It is a building that is part of the newly created urban area within the revitalization of the Upper barracks premises. The aim of the building is primarily to provide the inhabitants of Klecany and the surrounding area with facilities for cultural and social events. The building emphasizes the possibility of connecting the creative industry, which is concentrated in the vicinity of the building, and the public through exhibition spaces, workshops for public, cinema hall and conference rooms and spaces. The architecture of the building tries to underline its function and importance and at the same time to fit effortlessly into the surrounding building. The building on the rectangular floor plan is located near the main public space of the newly created urban area. It consists of three above-ground and one underground floor.
