HOTEL **** Praha 13 - Sluneční náměstí

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh hotelu **** na Slunečním náměstí v Praze 13. V rámci předdiplomního projektu byla pro území vypracována urbanistická studie, proměňující vzhled pochozí terasy metra Hůrka a Slunečního náměstí. Hlavní ideou urbanistické studie bylo propojit náměstí s okolním územím pomocí pochozí terasy metra, která vede přes Centrální park k metru Lužiny a na Lužinský kopec. Zastřešení této pochozí terasy je v noci osvětlené a vytváří vzhled ’’mléčné dráhy’’. Na Slunečním náměstí vznikly pod rozšířenou terasou metra nové komerční prostory, které oživí tuto lokalitu. Zbytek náměstí byl řešen parkovou úpravou s menším náměstím s pavilonem pro konaní trhů. Hotel řešený v rámci diplomové práce bude novou dominantou Prahy 13 s výhledem na Centrální park Prahy 13 a Prokopské údolí. Výsledné architektonické řešení vychází z umístění objektu ve středu celé urbanistické kompozice, mezi náměstím a městským parkem. Základní myšlenkou je napojení hotelu na terasu metra v jedné výškové úrovni. Vzhled budovy je navržen v kontrastu na okolní panelovou zástavbu a svým rozvlněným vzhledem má spolu s terasou metra oživit nynější strohý vzhled této lokality.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a hotel **** in Sluneční square in Prague 13. An urban study for this location was prepared in the pre-diploma thesis. The urban study presented a new design of a walking terrace above Hůrka metro station and Sluneční square. The main idea of the urban story was to connect the square with surrounding area using the walking terrace above metro tube. The terrace leads through Central park to Lužiny metro station and to Lužiny hill. A roof of the terrace is lightened at night in such a manner that it resembles The Milky Way. New commercial premises, that can bring new life to the area, were created under the extended terrace in Sluneční square. The rest of the square was designed as a park with a small square. The small square contains a pavilion for holing fairs. The hotel designed in this diploma thesis is going to be a new dominant of Prague 13. It will have a view over Central park and Prokopské valley. The architectural solution is based on the location in the center of urban composition. It is located between a square and a park. The base idea is to connect the hotel with the walking terrace in single height level. The look of the hotel is designed in a contrast with surrounding bald apartment buildings. Its organic shape, together with the terrace, will give this location a new spirit.
