Koncertní síň pro Prahu

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh objektu Koncertní síně pro Prahu. Samotné diplomové práci předcházela urbanistická studie, v rámci které byl určen pozemek pro umístění stavby, jeho regulace a návaznosti. Objekt koncertní síně byl navržen v souladu se zadáním Institutu plánování a rozvoje hlavního města Prahy. Nový koncertní sál Pražské filharmonie doplní dvě stávající pražské koncertní síně (Dvořákovu síň Rudolfina z roku 1885 a Smetanovu síň Obecního domu z roku 1911) a bude odpovídat všem požadavkům 21. století na hraní a poslech symfonické hudby. Cílem návrhu je vytvoření nového moderního kulturního a společenského centra, jehož jádrem bude koncertní sál se špičkovou akustikou pro více než 2000 posluchačů. Dále bude v navržených objektech umístěn sál pro komorní koncerty, veškeré místnosti hudebníků jako jsou šatny, zkušebny a klub, výstavní prostory, muzeum hudby, hudební škola, restaurace, kavárny a další. Návrh pracuje s umístěním třech objektů na společné platformě. Koncept umístění jednotlivých budov kulturního centra plně využívá hodnoty území a návštěvníkům nabízí jedinečné výhledy jak na Vltavu, Žižkov a budoucí volnočasové centrum na Štvanici, tak na Staré město. Platforma pak výškově propojuje novou lávku z Karlína a Štvanice s náměstím před Koncertní síní i s vlakovým nádražím a další zástavbou města, zároveň však umožňuje zachování automobilové dopravy na nábřeží a řešení dopravní obslužnosti a dopravy v klidu pro všechny navržené objekty.

The subject of this thesis is the design of the Prague Concert Hall. The thesis itself was preceded by an urban study, in which an estate for the location of the building was determined as well as its regulations and connections. The object of Prague Concert Hall was designed in terms of assignment of Prague Institu-te of Planning and Development. The new Concert Hall of Prague´s Philharmonic will complement the two existing Prague Concert halls (Dvořák´s Rudolfinum Hall from 1885 and Smetana´s Hall of Municipal House from 1911) and will meet all requirements of the 21st century for performing and listening symphonic music. The aim of the design is to create a new modern cultural and social center, which core will be the Concert Hall with first-rate acoustics for more than two thousand listeners. Furthermore, in designed objects there will be located following facilities such as a hall for chamber concerts, all utility rooms for musicians, rehearsal rooms and a club, exhibition area, museum of music, music school, restaurants, coffee bars and others. The design works with the placement of three objects on a common platform. The concept of the location of the particular buildings of the cultural center makes full use of the value of the whole area and offers to its visitors unique views of both the Vltava and Žižkov as well as the future leisure center in Štvanice and the Old Town. The platform connects the new footbridge from Karlín and Štvanice with the square in front of the Concert Hall and with the train station and next buildings in the city, on the other hand also allows maintaining car traffic on the waterfront and solutions for transport services and parking for all designed buildings.
