Administrativní centrum Bělohorská

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh administrativního centra z komplexu budov „Bělohorská“. Svažitý pozemek se nachází v Břevnově, v Praze 6, v blízkosti stadionu Strahov. Konkrétně v místě stávající tramvajové točny a zastávky Královka, naproti ikonické brutalistní stavbě hotelu Pyramida (Dům rekreace ROH). Komplex navazuje na blokovou zástavbu Břevnova. Navržený tvar budovy se přímo odvíjí od konceptu otevření vnitrobloku veřejnosti. Vzniká tak budova se čtyřicetimetrovou mostní konstrukcí, která překlenuje široký vstup do parteru komplexu budov, který je napojen na podchod pod ulicí Bělohorská. Podchod spojuje vnitroblok komplexu s dalšími veřejnými prostory v těsném okolí hotelu Pyramida řešené v předdiplomním projektu.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of an administrative center from the complex of buildings „Bělohorská“. The sloping plot is located in Břevnov, Prague 6, near the Strahov stadium. Specifically in the place of the existing tram stop and turntable Královka, opposite the iconic brutalist building of the Pyramida Hotel (ROH Recreation Building). The complex reflects the character of the Břevnov area. The designed shape of the building is directly derived from the concept of opening the courtyard to the public. This creates a building with a 40-meter bridge structure, which spans the wide entrance to the courtyard of the building complex, which is connected to the underpass under Bělohorská Street. The underpass connects the courtyard of the complex with other public spaces in the immediate vicinity of the Pyramida hotel designed in the pre-diploma project.
