| dc.description.abstract | Obsahem práce je projekt bytového domu v pražských Vršovicích. Návrh pracuje s výrazným terénním rozdílem a různorodou okolní zástavbou. Odkazuje na historii místa a dostavuje proluku mezi ulicemi Košická a Na Královce. Nabízí širokou škálu bytových dispozic od garsonek 1+KK až po mezonety 5+KK. Sleduje jak kaskádovitost střešní vršovické krajiny, tak rozamnitost vinohradských fasád. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract | The project consists of a residential housing block in Prague's Vršovice district. The design is based both on a significant terrain difference and eclectic and often picturesque surrounding structures. It links with history of this location and fills the vacant plot between the streets Košická and Na Královce. The building itself offers wide range of apartments ranging from a studio flat to a five-bedroom two-level apartment. The form of the building follows cascading roofs that are typical for Vršovice district but it also reflects diverse facades of Vinohrady. | eng |
