Využití alternativních zdrojů energie pro vytápění rodinného domu

Abstract

Nové legislativní požadavky zvyšují nároky na energetickou náročnost budov. A to jak u novostaveb, tak i u rekonstrukcí stávajících budov. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi splnění požadavku na tzv. budovu s téměř nulovou spotřebou energie v případě rodinného domu. Práce vysvětluje jednotlivá kritéria příslušné legislativy na dosažení tohoto požadavku. Byla vytvořena modelová budova odpovídající současným trendům ve stavebnictví. Pro vytápění a přípravu teplé vody bylo uvažováno jak s konvenčním plynovým kotlem, tak i tepelným čerpadlem využívající energii okolního prostředí. Zdroje tepla byly porovnány i z hlediska finančních nákladů. Zároveň došlo k zhodnocení vlivu rozdílných klimatických dat na tepelnou bilanci tepelného čerpadla. Stanoveného cíle se podařilo dosáhnout navrženým řešením v obou případech. Kromě snížení energetické náročnosti došlo i k úspoře financí na provoz objektu oproti referenční budově.

Due to the new legislation the demands on building energy performance have been rising. It concerns those newly built as well as the reconstructed ones. This bachelor´s thesis deals with possibilities of meeting the so called "nearly zero-energy building" requirements in a case of a family detached house. The thesis explains the criteria which legislation sets in order to meet those requirements. A model building has been created which corresponds to the standard current trends in building industry. Both the conventional gas boiler and the heat pump using the environment energy have been considered as options for heating of the house and warming the water. The heat sources have been compared with regard to the financial costs. At the same time the influence which the diferent climate data will have on the energy balance of the heat pump has been assessed. The task set has been successfully reached by solutions suggested for both options. Apart from decreasing the energy performance of the building, there were even decreased the financial expenses of the model building compared with the the reference one.
