Co-Housing

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh objektu pro kolektivní bydlení se specifickým režimem soukromých a sdílených prostor. Cílovou skupinou rezidentů jsou pracující cizinci, přijíždějící na několikaměsíční pracovní stáže, kteří v tomto způsobu bydlení najdou výhody sdílených prostor a možnost interakce s ostatními, ale zároveň nepřijdou o komfort vlastního soukromého prostoru. Objekt je navržen jako součást rezidenčního komplexu, který také nabízí prostory drobné knihovny, kavárnu, co-working, obchod s potravinami a multifunkční budovu . S komplexem nově vzniká pobytový vnitroblok se zelení a na západní straně pozemku se nachází pás zeleně se vzrostlými stromy.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a building for collective housing with a specific form of private and shared spaces. The target group of residents are foreigners coming for several months work internships. The inhabitants can find in this sort of co-housing the advantages of shared spaces and the possibility for an interaction with other residents, but additionally they do not lose the comfort of own private space. The building is designed as a part of a residential complex, in which can be find e.g. a small library, a café, a co-working room, a grocery and a multifunctional building. To the whole complex also belongs a housing courtyard with green vegetation. There is another strip of green vegetation with mature trees on the west side of the estate.
