Rodinný dům

Abstract

Náplní bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat architektonickou studii a vybrané části projektu na úrovni pro povolení-ohlášení stavby pro rodinný dům v pražské Troji. Zadáním byl rodinný dům na pozemku v ulici Pod Havránkou, s důrazem na kontext a induvidualitu při zohlednění požadavků na nízkou energetickou náročnost. Velikost rodinného domu by měla odpovídat nárokům dle zadání. Hlavní myšlenkou návrhu bylo vytvoření příjemného a variabilního bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s nádherným výhledem na celou Prahu. Rodinný dům je rozdělen do tří částí dle podlaží s danou variabilitou v budoucnu. V nejnižším podlaží garsoniéra pro hosty (pronajímatelná garsoniéra). V prostředním podlaží je navrhnuta společenská část s části pro rodiče. V nejvyšším podlaží jsou umístěny dětské pokoje.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to elaborate an architectural study and selected parts of the project and to enable a permit-announcement of a building for a family house in Prague - Troja. The assignment was a family house on the plot in Pod Havránkou street, with an emphasis on context and induviduality of the processor, taking into account the requirements for low energy intensity. The size of the family house should meet the requirements of the assignment. The main idea of ​the design was to create a pleasant and variable living for a family of four with a wonderful view of the whole of Prague. The family house is divided into three parts according to the floor with the given variability in the future. The lowest floor of the studio apartment for guests (rentable studio). In the middle of the home is the social section with parts for parents. Children's rooms are located on the top floor.
