Rodinný dům

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je vypracování studie a části projektu rodinného domu v Praze u Vyšehradu. Parcela je svažitá a svojí rozlohou umožňuje umístění 4-6 rodinných domů. V okolí se nachází převážně dvojdomy a dvougenerační rodinné domy. Řešené území je orientované jihozápadně s výhledem na řeku Vltavu. Negativním prvkem parcely je hlučná hlavní silnice pod kopcem. Cílem návrhu bylo rozdělit parcelu takovým způsobem, aby díly velikostí odpovídaly území pro návrh rodinných domů. Na parcelu pak byly umístěny rodinné domy, které využívají svého dominantního postavení v kopci a jsou jednoduchým hmotovým řešením. Dalším cílem návrhu bylo navrhnout rodinný dům, který bude funkční pro své uživatele. Velikost domu odpovídá zhruba 300 m2 hrubé podlažní plochy. Je navržen pro jednu rodinu: master bedroom pro rodiče, 2 dětské pokoje, pokoj pro hosty.

This bachelor project contains an architectural study and a part of a construction project of a family house in Prague near Vysehrad. The plot is on sloped terrain and its size permits building 4-6 detatched houses. There are mainly semi-detached and two generation houses in the area. The plot is oriented to the southwest with a view of the Vltava river. The disadvantage of this area is a noisy mainroad at the bottom of the slope. Another goal of this project was to split the land in way that it could be used to build detached houses on the newly split plot. The houses benefit from being placed on a slope and their shape is simple and fits in with their surroundings. The last goal was to design a house which would be functional for its users. The area of the building is roughly 300 m2. The house is designed for one familly; it has a master bedroom for the parents, two rooms for children and one guest room.
