Abstract

Zadaním bakalárskej práce je návrh dvojgeneračného rodinného domu v nezastavanej lokalite v ulici Na Špitálce Praha 6. Parcela sa nachádza v tichej a lukratívnej časti Prahy. Hlavnou charakteristikou pozemku je výhľad na Prahu a Pražský hrad. Pozemok je mierne svahovitý k juhu. Architektonický návrh bol ovplyvnený najmä výhľadom, prístupom na pozemok, orientáciou a jeho svahovitosťou. Blízko parcely sa nachádzajú známe architektonické oblasti ako napríklad Osada Baba ale aj moderné stavby. Snahou bolo naviazať na českú modernú architektúru s pridanou hodnou vnútorného riešenia dispozícií. Jedná sa o vilu, ktorá svojím architektonickým stvárnením zapadá do danej časti riešenej oblasti.

This thesis designs a two-generational family house in a non-built area at Na Špitálce street in Prague 6. The parcel is situated in a calm and lucrative area of the city. The most distinctive feature of the plot is a view of Prague and The Prague Castle. The land is mildly steep to the south. The architectural blueprint considers and works with the view, accessibility and the acclivity of the lot. Nearby points of interest include places like Osada Baba and various modern buildings. The aim was to further perpetuate the Czech modern architecture with the added value of working out the dispositions. The final outcomeis a villa that coherently fits in the site.
