Rodinný dům

Abstract

Rozsah prací této bakalářské práce je definován zpracováním architektonické studie a část projektu (stupeň dokumentace pro stavební povolení) pro rodinný dům na pozemku v Praze - Tróji. Řešeným pozemkem je jihozápadní svah, v blízkosti městské zoologické zahrady, nedaleko řeky Vltavy. Velkou prioritou řešeného pozemku je panoramatický výhled na hlavní město a přilehlé lokality. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo nabídnutí výhledů pro denní část objektu a kontakt se zahradou. Důležitou složkou projektu, a velkou výzvou, byla práce s kompozicemi místností v jednotlivých podlažích ve vztahu k terénu. Návrh propojuje interiér s exteriérem. Důraz byl kladen na kontakt obytných částí se zahradou - toto je zajištěno zeleným pláckem před klidovou částí domu, a můstkem ve formě terasy ve společenské části domu.

The range of this bachelor thesis is defined by architectional study and part of the project of family house situated on the land in Prague - Trója. Solved land is the sout-western slope near the city zoological garden and the river Vltava. The big priority of the solved land is the panoramic view to the capital and nearby localities. The main idea was to offer the views of the day - part of the object and to maintain contact with the garden. The important part of the design, and the big challenge as well, was the composition of all the rooms in relation with the slope of the terrain. The design combines the interior and the exterior. There is the emphasis in connecting the residential part of the object with the garden - this is meant to be ensured by the green place in the front of the resting part of the house, and by the terrace in the social part of the house.
