Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je vypracování návrhu rodinného domu v Českém Krumlově v ulici Za Tiskárnou. Návrh je proveden ve formě studie a je doplněn o část dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Řešený pozemek se svažuje na sever k ulici Za Tiskárnou, kde se na hranici řešeného pozemku s touto ulicí nachází větší terénní výškový rozdíl. Lokalita nabízí klidné prostředí v obklopení okolními pozemky, ale zároveň poměrně rychlou dostupnost městského ruchu i historické části města. Cílem řešení bylo využít co nejlépe pozemek při nutnosti zachovat stávající třešeň a maximálně využít limitující podmínky pro co nejpohodlnější bydlení čtyřčlenné rodiny. Okolí nenabízí příjemná panoramata ani vyhlídky, tudíž nejdůležitější oblastí zájmu pro obyvatele domu je zahrada. Z toho důvodu jsou veškeré denní a i noční místnosti situovány tak aby jejich okna směřovala do zahrady a dům samotný zahradě poskytuje soukromí z východní strany cizího sousedního pozemku.

The content of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a design of a family house in Český Krumlov in the Za Tiskárnou street. The design has proven itself in the form of a study and as a supplement for the building permit documentation. The plot in question slopes down towards the Za Tiskárnou street, where there is a greater terrain height difference along the border of the plot in question. The location offers a quiet environment surrounded by neighboring plots, but at the same time a relatively quick accessibility of urban traffic and historical part of town. The aim of the solution was to make the best use of the land while preserving the existing cherry tree and make the most of the limiting conditions for the most comfortable living of a four-member family. The surrounding area does not offer pleasant panoramas or views, so the most important area of interest for residents of the house is the garden. For this reason, all day and night rooms are situated so that their windows face the garden and the house itself provides garden with privacy from the eastern side of the neighboring plot.
