Abstract

Zadáním bakalářské práce je návrh dvougeneračního rodinného domu v nezastavěné lokalitě mezi ulicemi Neherovská a Na Špitálce v Praze 6. Jedná se o poslední nezastavěnou lokalitu v tomto území. Návrh se snaží přispět novodobou architekturou ke zpříjemnění pobytu a zatraktivnění této lokality. V blízkosti se nachází funkcionalistická osada Baba a jiné tradiční funkcionalistické domy, které byly za své doby tím nejlepším, co se mohlo nabídnout. Nyní už však neodpovídají moderním standardům. Tento návrh snoubí moderní architekturu a technologie, které lze v současné době použít. Protože právě i to dělá moderní architekturu opravdu moderní. Portfolio obsahuje zpracování architektonické studie, vizualizace a vybrané části dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Součástí dokumentace pro stavební povolení je i energetický koncept budovy.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of two generation family house in undeveloped locality between the Neherovská street and Na Špitálce street in Prague 6. It is the last undeveloped locality in this area. The proposal is trying to use the modern architecture in order to make the stay for the residents more comfortable and the location more attractive. There is a functionalist settlement called Baba and other traditional functionalist houses which were the best to be offered in its time. However nowadays they do not meet the modern standards. This proposal puts together the modern architecture and technologies, which can be currently used. Because this is what makes the modern architecture really modern. The portfolio contains elaboration of the architectonical study, visualisation and the selected parts of the building permit documentation. The energetic concept of the building is a part of the documentation.
