Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu, který je umístěn v městské čtvrti Troja na Praze 7. Zadaná lokalita se nachází v klidné části Prahy na jižním svahu, díky čemuž se stává ideálním místem pro rodinné bydlení. Návrh reaguje na svažitost terénu a snaží se co nejvíce využít výhledu na město a zeleň. Horizontální uspořádání hmoty a zapuštění do terénu má za cíl vytvořit rodinný dům, který nevytváří dominantu a poskytuje dostatek soukromí. Dřevěné obložení a zelená střecha pak propojují dům se svahem a okolní přírodou. Návrh umožnuje vícegenerační bydlení v podobě garsoniéry v 1.PP s vlastní částí zahrady.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a detached house for a four-person family. The house is located in Troja district in Prague 7. The assigned location is in a quiet part of the city, situated on a south-facing slope, which makes it an ideal place for a family home. The design reacts to the inclination of the terrain and makes maximum use of the view of the city and the vegetation. Embedded in the terrain, the house itself has been designed horizontally, aiming to be unobtrusive and to provide enough privacy. Wood panelling and a green roof connect the house with the slope and the surrounding landscape. The design allows for multigenerational living, as there is a one-room flat on the basement level with access to a private section of the garden.
