Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce byl návrh rodinného domu ve vilové čtvrti Hanspaulka. Pozemek byl upraven na mírně svažitý k jihu a ze dvou stran ohraničen rodinným a bytovým domem. Prioritou při návrhu byl přímý kontakt objektů se zahradou a dostatečná ochrana před přehříváním jednotlivých pokojů. Novostavba je navržena pro dvě rodiny a skládá se ze tří hmot. Menší hmota s plochou střechou slouží jako garáž a je podsklepená. Dvě hmoty s pultovou střechou jsou určeny pro dvě rodiny, přičemž obě mají různé vstupní výšky. Užší hmota je přizpůsobená bezbariérovému užívání. V přízemí se nachází společenské prostory a v druhém podlaží soukromé pokoje a pokoj pro hosty. Na základě historie byl na zahradě navržen skleník.

The subject of the bachelor thesis was the design of a family house in the residential area of Hanspaulka. The land was modified to a slightly sloping south and bounded on two sides by a family and apartment building. Priority in the design was the direct contact of objects with the garden and sufficient protection from overheating of individual rooms. The new building is designed for two families and consists of three objects. The smaller, flat-roof object serves as a garage and has a basement. Two shed roof objects are designed for two families, both with different entry heights. Narrower object is adapted to barrier-free use. On the ground floor there are social spaces and on the second floor there are private rooms and a guest room. Based on history, a greenhouse was designed in the garden.
